随着国民生活水平提升，人们越来越注重生活品质及健康生活的理念，因此，对于肉制品和海鲜的要求也越来越高。2019年中国肉类消费为9420.3万吨，中国一年的肉类消费超过欧盟和美国的总和，同时，中国也是世界上重要的海鲜市场之一，2018年我国水产品进出口总量954.42万吨，总额371.88亿美元，同比分别增加3.33％和14.44%，进出口总量和总额均创历史新高。蓬勃发展的中国肉制品及海鲜市场为国内外广大进口商、经销商以及来自多个国家的生产商提供了巨大的机遇。

In 2018, China’s total import and export of aquatic products was 9.54242 million tons, with a total value of 37.188 billion US dollars, increasing by 3.33% and 14.44% year on year respectively.
