2022HOTELEX酒店用品展/酒店餐饮设备展

上海国际酒店及餐饮业博览会(HotelexShanghai) 已经在国内举办了30届，是目前全球范围内大的酒店餐饮展之一。2021年时值HOTELEX上海展会三十周年，展会将进入新的发展阶段，移师虹桥国家会展中心（上海），总体展出面积近40万平方米，参与买家超过16万人。展会立足于酒店餐饮，咖啡，烘培，酒吧，会所，商超等商业业态，提供的 “采购殿堂” ，是国内餐饮行业嫁接全球咨询，产品，并推动国内餐饮行业发展的重要风向标平台。

近年来，我国的餐饮业发展非常迅速，据有关方面的统计，餐饮业的增长率要比其它行业高出十个百分点以上。2015年，全国餐饮收入为32,310亿元，同比增长11.7%；2016年，全国餐饮收入为35,799亿元，同比增长10.8%；2017年，全国餐饮收入为39,644亿元，同比增长10.7%。根据综合数据可大致预计，2018年我国餐饮收入将达到43,926亿元，未来五年(2018-2022)年均复合增长率约为10.42%，2022年将达到65,310亿元。可以说我国正迎来一个餐饮业大发展的时期，市场潜力巨大，前景非常广阔。但从另一个方面来看，餐饮需求又是复杂多变的，其消费口味和消费心理，都可能随着社会环境的变化而变化。
